Therapist with one or more specializations in EAL, G&T, or SEN
Dwight School Seoul seeks a part time, qualified, and internationally
experienced speech therapist to work with EAL, SEN, and G&T students,
and join a motivated and hardworking Learning Support team at Dwight.
The position may require one or three days of presence in a week
throughout the whole academic year starting from March 2023 but the
work days and hours can be flexible.
The role of the speech therapist is primarily to facilitate speech and
communication development for foreign or Korean students enrolled in
our Quest (Learning Support) Department.
The role will link to PYP, MYP, and DP classes where all learning
needs are part of collaborative planning between the departments,
class teachers, and parents.
The ideal candidate is a positive and motivated individual, who is
able to work in a team and actively liaises with classroom teachers
around the learning needs of individual students.
The position does not require a high level of English proficiency but
an intermediate level of English proficiency would be sufficient.
